I made a mistake with my order, how do I change it?
Fulfillment is an automated process, so if you would like to change your order please let us know immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. There is approximately a 12 hour window which order can be edited prior to production and fulfillment.
I need to cancel my order.
To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when your order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.
I need to make a return/exchange.
If you would like to return your item for another, you must notify us at email@example.com within 14 days of when your order was received. Items must be unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please check out our returns and exchange policy.
I need a refund.
Typically we only accept returns for exchanging another item in its place. We want to make sure you are happy with our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please let us know and we will be happy to get you a replacement.
